Bought the car new and loved it ever since. The car has a luxury feel, smooth ride and gets wonderful mileage. Mileage now at 32000 and never had any mechanical issues, I have only followed maintenance schedule. It still looks brand new. I have no complaints. If your looking for a performance car, this is not it. But if you want a solid smooth nicely performing sedan, this is it. We are looking at buying another one since this is a 2014.

I have driven this vehicle, a 2016 Lexus ES300h, for 3.5 years and 32,000 miles. It is a joy to drive. insulating its occupants from exterior noise with an extremely comfortable ride. There is plenty of passenger room - more than many SUV's. The safety features are great. In all this time there have been no mechanical or other issues. We use this vehicle for 300 mile drives and arrive refreshed and comfortable after using the driver and passenger lumbar and other supports. The front ventilated seats are great as I tend to be warmer than my passengers. Really a great vehicle in every way.

I have always Loved Lexus Vehicles I knew I would have one day I always started off with luxury but American luxury from the time I was 16 years old When I got my first lincoln I have a few Continental then switches to Cadillacs in my mid-20s than in my early 30s I finally got my first Lexus and all I can say is ill never get another car but a Lexus unless it is just for a second car but never anything other than a Lexus for the daily driver. I bought my pre-owned in August 2019 with 37k I flew out to Florida to pick it up and drive back home to Utah I didn't even hesitate to know that I would have no problems whatsoever on the road thats why I felt great about looking forward to the drive. Now I have 63,000 miles on it I paid 23999 for the vehicle fully loaded every option available except that ML stereo system and pan roof those are about the only options I know of that I don't have. I did just have an accident and I'm not happy that I can't believe they did not put an auto brake unit in and the crash warning system did not work great properly because I just had this accident but insurance if fixing the car and I'm still very happy with it. Lexus Customer care is also top-notch I don't know any other vehicle brand where a manufacturer customer service department not related to any dealership will actually help you and do so much and even approve warranty work for a dealership to do even when the vehicle is out of warranty I had them do this with me take care of me for the past 9 years and I will always be a Lexus Customer due to this. I do think that the seats could have a bit more comfort im surprised the passenger seat is not a memory seat like in my older ES. I think that with the Hybrid system they should have a way for you to do more than 25mph in EV mode. i think ground clearance is to low because in Utah we have drain ditches at every street corner almost and roads go out angles driveways have high curbs and scrape bottom a lot on the front bumper if not perfect angle and the 2.5 cyn could use a turbo more than 200hp would be nice MPG should be higher if a toyota camry hybrid gets more mpg then why does a lexus ES get less ?
